All merchandise sold FOB Miami, we ship to local cargo in Miami and/or via Fedex, UPS and DHL. Cellular World LLC will not accept any used or damaged phones. Local orders has 7 days warranty & International orders has 15 days warranty from the date of invoice. All returns must be returned with full accessories, unused and no writing on manufacture's box. Upon receipt of goods Cellular World LLC will repair or replace the approved units. No exchange or credit will be issued until return goods have been checked.
